Cancelling a lessonお客様によるキャンセル

More than 24 hours before the lesson: full refund or a free reschedule. Within 24 hours of the lesson, or not attending: no refund.

レッスン開始24時間前まで：全額返金または無料で日程変更。24時間前を過ぎた場合、または無断欠席の場合：返金不可。

Monthly plan lessons月額プランのレッスン

Lessons booked with a Light, Standard or Premium plan follow the same 24-hour rule, but instead of a refund, a lesson cancelled in time goes back to your balance so you can book another time. A lesson cancelled later, or missed, counts as used.

ライト・スタンダード・プレミアムの月額プランでご予約のレッスンにも、同じく24時間前までのルールが適用されます。期限内にキャンセルされたレッスンは返金ではなく残り回数に戻り、別の日時のご予約にお使いいただけます。期限を過ぎたキャンセルや無断欠席の場合は、1回分を消化したものとみなします。

How to cancelキャンセル方法

Use the Manage booking button in your confirmation or reminder email. There you can cancel (single lessons are refunded automatically; plan lessons go back to your balance) or move a lesson to another open time yourself, up to 24 hours before it starts. You can also email hello@yonstudio-jp.com with your name and lesson time.

予約確認メールまたはリマインダーメールの「予約の確認・変更」ボタンから、レッスン開始24時間前までご自身でキャンセル（単発レッスンは自動で返金、月額プランのレッスンは残り回数に戻ります）や、他の空き日時への変更ができます。お名前とご予約日時を記載のうえ、hello@yonstudio-jp.com までご連絡いただくことも可能です。

If the teacher cancels講師都合によるキャンセル

If I need to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer. For a monthly plan lesson, the lesson goes back to your balance.

講師の都合でキャンセルする場合は、全額返金または無料での日程変更のいずれかをお選びいただけます。月額プランのレッスンの場合は、残り回数に戻ります。

Refunds返金について

Refunds go back to the card used for payment. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.

返金はお支払いに使用したカードに行われます。カード会社により、反映まで5〜10営業日ほどかかる場合があります。

Monthly plans: renewal and cancelling your plan月額プランの自動更新と解約

Monthly plans renew automatically: your card is charged on the same date every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime under "Billing" on your personal booking page (the link is in your booking emails). After cancelling you won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. Monthly payments already made are not refunded.

月額プランは自動更新で、解約されるまで毎月同じ日にカード決済されます。予約確認メールに記載の専用ページ「お支払い・解約」から、いつでも解約できます。解約後は請求が発生せず、お支払い済みの期間の終了までプランをご利用いただけます。お支払い済みの月額料金は返金いたしません。

The lessons from each monthly payment can be used for two billing months: the month you paid for and the one after it. For example, lessons paid for on October 16 can be booked for times up to December 16. Unused lessons carry over once, then expire. Your booking page shows the exact date. Lessons already on your balance stay usable until they expire, even after you cancel.

毎月のお支払いで追加されたレッスン回数は、お支払い対象の1か月とその次の1か月、計2か月間ご利用いただけます（例：10月16日のお支払い分は、12月16日までのレッスンのご予約に使用可能）。未使用分の繰り越しは1回のみで、その後は失効します。有効期限は専用の予約ページでご確認いただけます。解約後も、残っているレッスン回数は有効期限までご利用いただけます。

If a monthly payment fails, we'll email you and Stripe will try your card again automatically over the following days. Lessons you've already booked are not affected; new lessons are added once a payment succeeds. If the payment still can't be completed after these retries, your plan may be cancelled.

月額料金のお支払いができなかった場合はメールでお知らせし、その後数日にわたり自動で再決済を試みます。ご予約済みのレッスンはそのまま有効で、お支払い完了後に新しいレッスン回数が追加されます。再決済を試みてもお支払いが完了しない場合、プランが解約となることがあります。
