Yon Studio ("we", "I") runs this website and its online Japanese lessons. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Yon Studio（以下「当スタジオ」）は、本ウェブサイトおよびオンライン日本語レッスンを運営しています。本ポリシーでは、個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、当スタジオが取得する個人情報、その利用目的、および管理方法についてご説明します。

1. Information we collect1. 取得する情報

• When you book: your name, email address, the lesson time you choose, and your timezone (detected automatically by your browser so we can show times correctly).
• Payment records: the amount paid, payment status and any refunds. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, Stripe stores your card so it can charge it each month until you cancel; you can update or remove it from "Billing" on your booking page.
• When you contact us: the content of your emails or messages.

• ご予約時：お名前、メールアドレス、ご予約日時、タイムゾーン（日時を正しく表示するため、ブラウザから自動で取得します）。
• お支払い記録：お支払い金額、決済状況、返金の有無。カード情報はStripeの安全な決済ページで入力され、Stripeに直接送信されます。当スタジオがカード番号を閲覧・保存することはありません。月額プランにお申し込みの場合、解約されるまで毎月決済を行うため、カード情報はStripeに保存されます。予約ページの「お支払い・解約」から変更・削除できます。
• お問い合わせ時：メール等でお送りいただいた内容。

Only to:

取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。

• confirm and manage your booking, and hold your lesson;
• send booking confirmations, reminders, the lesson link, and cancellation or refund notices;
• process payments and refunds;
• reply to your questions;
• keep the records required for accounting and tax.

We don't send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell your information.

メールマガジンや広告の送信は行わず、個人情報を販売することは一切ありません。

3. Services we use3. 業務委託先・第三者への提供

We share information only with the services needed to run the lessons, and only what each one needs:

レッスン運営に必要なサービスに対してのみ、必要な範囲で情報を提供します。

• Stripe: payment processing and refunds.
• Google: Google Calendar for the teacher's schedule (your name and email), and Google Meet for the lesson itself.
• Resend: sending booking emails.
• Our hosting provider: runs this website and stores booking records.

• Google：講師のスケジュール管理（Googleカレンダー。お名前・メールアドレス）、およびレッスンの実施（Google Meet）
• Resend：予約関連メールの送信
• サーバー提供事業者：本サイトの運営および予約記録の保管

Apart from these, we only share information if required by law.

上記のほか、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。

4. Information handled outside Japan4. 外国における取扱い

Some of the services above are based in the United States, and the teacher works from the Philippines, so your information may be handled in those countries. Each service protects data under its own privacy policy and security measures, and we choose services that are widely used and trusted for this purpose.

上記サービスの一部は米国の事業者であり、また講師はフィリピンから業務を行っているため、お客様の情報はこれらの国で取り扱われる場合があります。各サービスはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーおよび安全管理措置に基づいて情報を保護しており、当スタジオは信頼性の高いサービスを選定しています。

5. Cookies and browser storage5. Cookie・ブラウザの保存機能

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses your browser's storage to remember your language choice and your booking while you complete payment.

本サイトでは、アクセス解析・広告・トラッキング目的のCookieは使用していません。言語設定の保存と、お支払い手続き中のご予約情報の一時保存のためにのみ、ブラウザの保存機能を利用します。

6. How long we keep it6. 保管期間

Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax requirements, then deleted. Unfinished reservations (where payment was never completed) are deleted automatically.

予約およびお支払いの記録は、会計・税務上の要件を満たすため7年間保管し、その後削除します。お支払いが完了しなかった予約情報は自動的に削除されます。

7. Security7. 安全管理

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and booking records can only be accessed by the teacher through a password-protected admin page.

本サイトは暗号化通信（HTTPS）を使用しており、予約記録はパスワードで保護された管理画面から講師のみが閲覧できます。

8. Your rights & contact8. 開示・訂正・削除等のご請求、お問い合わせ

You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the use of your information by emailing hello@yonstudio-jp.com. We'll respond without delay. Records we're legally required to keep (such as payment records) may need to be kept until that period ends.

ご自身の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止をご希望の場合は、hello@yonstudio-jp.com までご連絡ください。遅滞なく対応いたします。ただし、法令により保管が義務付けられている記録（お支払い記録など）は、その期間が終了するまで保管する場合があります。

9. Changes to this policy9. 本ポリシーの変更

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
